Introducing Nom de Plume Studio

Today I'm excited to announce the launch of Nom de Plume Studio, a multimedia company (the “Studio”), in the showcasing of brand through freedom of artistic expression. Specializing in digital imaging, video, audio, and multimedia publishing services, the Studio was created in part to serve as an information hub for public advocacy in drawing attention of policy makers to the links between our environment and human health, while raising cancer awareness.
For the past several months we've had a remarkable team working exhaustively behind the scenes in the Studio's creation, which is currently being trademarked through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for official registration in 2014. During the making, there were numerous setbacks and obstacles to hurdle, but we found a way. It’s all about the CLIMB. As Zig Ziglar once said, and I quote: “When obstacles arise, you change your direction to reach your goal, you do not change your decision to get there.”
The Studio's name was originally adopted not only to pay tribute to my father’s French heritage, but in recognition of my passion for creative writing and expression. As descendants of the Comtes of Rutaut having been associated with Huguenot History and family ties to the Comtes de Lorraine, my father’s family first migrated from Saint-Mihiel, a commune in the Meuse department in the region of Lorraine in north-eastern France, to America following the French Revolution while settling in New Jersey.
The English translation for Nom de Plume (Click here for pronunciation) happens to be "pen name" or pseudonym of an author known only to the publisher. As author and mediator of this website, I have the responsibility of overseeing the Studio’s undertaking, which is to offer valuable, reliable, and unbiased information in an open forum that is protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Journalism is the profession of gathering and presenting a broad panorama of news about the events of our times and presenting it to readers for their own consideration. The Studio believes in the intelligence, judgment, and wisdom of its readers to discern for themselves what is valid and noteworthy news. We’d like to thank readers of this website for their patience and continued support throughout the creative process as we take a united stand together. Commanding change is a huge undertaking and slippery slope, but it starts with one planting of the foot, one voice after another and we recognize that there are others out there who share similar philosophies that will join forces in conglomerate. It's a matter of getting the word out and this website is intended to serve as a vehicle for those without the economic means, tools, or resources to let their voice be heard.
On a personal note, we hope to inspire others to persevere and go on to realize their own dreams and aspirations while breaking free from whatever it is that holds them back. We all have temporary setbacks from time to time, but what sets us apart is our conviction and strides to overcome them. The key to success is to summon the courage to move forward along your chosen path without fear of failure or abandoning one's dream. Many of life’s failures derive from extraordinary people who did not realize just how close they were to success when they gave up, as once quoted by Thomas Edison.
